These terms govern your use of the Marila Hotel website at marilahotel.com. By using the site you agree to them.

1. Definitions

1.1 "House", "we", "our" and "us" mean Marila Hotel, Fjærland, Norway.

1.2 "Site" means the website published at marilahotel.com and all its pages.

1.3 "You" and "your" mean the visitor using the Site.

1.4 "Enquiry" means a request for information or a stay submitted through the Site or by email.

2. Use of the Site

2.1 The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use in learning about the House and making an Enquiry.

2.2 You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any unlawful way.

2.3 The Site is intended for persons aged 18 and over, in keeping with clause 5.

3. Enquiries and bookings

3.1 An Enquiry made through the Site is a request only and does not create a confirmed booking.

3.2 A stay is confirmed only when we reply in writing and agree the arrangements with you. Stays are offered as seasonal packages; details are provided on enquiry.

3.3 Any figures, availability and package contents are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

4. Content and intellectual property

4.1 The text, images and design of the Site belong to the House or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

4.2 We take care to keep the Site accurate but do not warrant that it is free of errors or always available.

5. Age

5.1 Because the House includes a gaming room, the Site is intended for persons aged 18 and over. Entry to the gaming room is subject to the House's 18-and-over policy and identification checks.

6. Liability

6.1 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site.

6.2 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

7.1 These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.

8.1 We may revise these terms; the date above shows the latest review.
